They go to school, discover what they are passionate about, what they succeed in, and then dream of the career that best fits their interests. But, do all youth see themselves in a role where they can thrive and find success in the STEM field?

Well, this car is automatic, it’s systematic, it’s hydromatic, why it’s a star-studded lineup of Broadway creatives seeking the top high school talent to perform in a summer production of the hit mega-musical, GREASE! Auditions are now open for this staged production, designed to give professional-level experience and training to local rising stars, and offer artistic development for youth by working with a Broadway creative team with decades of professional experience from the Great White Way.

Nothing feels quite like summer like the sounds of live music echoing down the street, families stepping in and out of downtown businesses, and residents greeting with artists from around the State to purchase locally crafted items. That glimpse of summer is once again coming back to Downtown Midland for the annual Summer Art Fair, hosted by Midland Center for the Arts in support of the Alden B. Dow Museum of Science & Art.
