FLEXIBLE EXCHANGES / Season Ticket holders may exchange tickets for free up to 24 hours prior to a performance. The value of the exchanged ticket(s) can be applied to another Midland Center event in your series, subject to availability. Season Ticket holders who purchase additional tickets beyond their package enjoy maximum flexibility on those seats, with the ability to exchange them easily and apply their full value toward any Midland Center for the Arts event.
TICKETS REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS / Everyone attending a performance must have their own ticket, regardless of age and even if you expect a child to sit in an adult’s lap.
CONTENT ADVISORY / Midland Center for the Arts offers a diverse selection of arts entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages. Therefore, patrons are responsible for making informed decisions regarding their ticket purchases. Please call our Ticket Office if you have any questions about our programs.
STAY CONNECTED / Please make sure we have your email address on file. The Center sends event-related information via email prior to each event. Please be sure that the Ticket Office has your correct email address on file and that you are not on the do-not-email list.
PACKAGE PROCESSING FEE / Midland Center for the Arts applies a $10 per package Processing Fee to all Season Tickets. This fee is specifically used to maintain and upgrade our facilities.

Purchasing from an unauthorized source may put you at risk for paying too much or purchasing counterfeit tickets. We also may not be able to help if you have a ticketing problem, or notify you about changes, as there will be no in-house record of your transaction.
