MIDLAND, MI / NOV 17, 2025 – Beginning with the 2025/26 season, audiences at Midland Center for the Arts will enjoy a new way to enter performances and events with digital tickets, a secure and easy to use ticket delivery method for seamless mobile entry. In partnership with True Tickets, the Center will now provide digital tickets as dynamic QR codes, offering guests a fast, seamless arrival while reducing the risk of counterfeit tickets.

“Introducing digital tickets is an important step in enhancing the guest experience at Midland Center for the Arts as we evolve to meet the needs of today’s audiences,” said Josh Holliday, Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Sales at Midland Center. “This technology makes attending events simpler and faster, allowing our patrons to access tickets, share them securely, and enjoy a seamless experience from purchase to performance.”

Guests will notice several benefits with the introduction of digital tickets:

  • Simple and secure access. Digital tickets are delivered in a branded ticket wallet with quick, password-free access.
  • Helpful event updates. From parking details to program notes, important information can be shared directly on the ticket itself.
  • Safe ticket sharing. Tickets can be transferred easily between friends or family while keeping every entry secure.

“It is exciting to partner with a cultural institution that has been a cornerstone of Mid-Michigan for more than 50 years,” said Ken Lesnik, Head of Business Development of True Tickets. “Midland Center for the Arts is making a strategic shift to put its audiences at the center of every interaction, and we are proud to provide the tools that enable them to do that with greater agility and insight.”

This update does not replace the Center’s current ticketing system or affect tickets that have already been purchased. Guests who prefer to use printed tickets may continue to do so. Digital tickets are an alternative delivery option as an added layer of convenience and security, while also a safeguard against fraudulent sales.

The change also helps Midland Center better understand its audiences. With secure digital delivery, the Center can learn more about who is attending performances and exhibitions, ensuring more tailored communications and experiences in the future.

Digital ticketing at Midland Center for the Arts is sponsored by Storm Master Exteriors.
