As previously communicated, our internet and computer system provider was subject to a malware attack Thursday morning, October 20. We are currently back online, and our ticketing system and phones are operable.

The privacy and security of your records are of utmost importance to us. There is no evidence that patron records or personal information have been compromised.

In an abundance of caution, we recommend that if you have previously purchased tickets through our website, you change the password to your online account. To do this, follow the instructions provided below.

To change your password:

1. Click on the Sign In icon at the top corner of this page 
(On Mobile, you will click the button in the top right corner with the three lines to locate this)

2. Click on the 'Forgot Password?' button below the login and you will receive the following message:

3. Please enter your email address into the box, and click Submit.

4. Please follow the instructions sent to your email from ticketoffice@midlandcenter.org. Please check your spam folders if you do not see the reset email in your inbox.
