Ticket Policies and Exchange Information

Ticket Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged up to 72 hours before the performance. A $5 fee applies to each exchanged ticket. Season Ticket holders may exchange tickets for free up to 24 hours before a performance. Package-ticket value may be applied to another Midland Center event in the same series, subject to availability. Additional tickets purchased beyond the package may be exchanged with their full value applied toward any Midland Center event.

The value of your original tickets must be applied to another Midland Center event during the current season. Ticket credit cannot be held on your account for future use.

Refunds & Service Charges

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Service charges are also non-refundable.

Every Guest Needs a Ticket

Every guest entering a theater requires a ticket, regardless of age. Check the performance description or contact Guest Services if you have questions about whether an event is appropriate for a child.

Late Seating

Latecomers and guests who leave during a performance may be asked to wait until an appropriate break before entering or returning to the theater. Late-seating policies vary by performance, and entry cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds are not available because of late arrival.

Weather

Performances proceed as scheduled unless Midland Center announces a cancellation or change. Refunds are not provided when a guest chooses not to attend because of weather.

Check Midland Center’s website and official social media channels for updates before traveling during severe weather.

Changes, Rescheduled Events & Cancellations

Artists, programs, dates and times are subject to change. If Midland Center cancels or reschedules an event, ticket holders will be contacted with event-specific information and any available options.

Make sure the email address and phone number connected to your ticket account are current.

Tickets Purchased From Other Sellers

Purchase tickets through Midland Center’s official website, by phone or at the Ticket Office. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers may be stolen, counterfeit, invalid or priced above their original value.

Midland Center cannot replace, exchange or refund tickets purchased from another seller and cannot guarantee that those buyers will receive notices about schedule changes.

Lost or Missing Tickets

If you cannot locate tickets purchased directly from Midland Center, contact Guest Services. After verifying your order, our team can help reissue your tickets or hold replacements at Will Call.
