Supervisor: Managing Director of Center Stage Theatre
Classification: Part-Time Casual (Up to 19 hours per week)

POSITION CONCEPT:
The CST Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, production and organizational support to the Managing Director of Center Stage Theatre & Theatre Education. This position assists in the planning and execution of Center Stage Theatre and Youth Theatre productions by coordinating production paperwork, supporting auditions and rehearsals, communicating with volunteers and production teams and helping maintain efficient day-to-day theatre operations.

POSITION CONCEPT:
The Food & Beverage Team provides guest-focused hospitality supporting community connection & engagement. Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager, this position is responsible for providing exceptional & professional hospitality service to guests of Midland Center for the Arts. Duties include but are not limited to: food & drink service, tray carrying, table, buffet, bar & concession service, setup & teardown, stocking, cash handling & upholding all sanitization requirements.
