Kate wrote, directed and acted in several theatrical productions and worked in production for ABC News Radio and the Sally Jessy Raphael Show (meaning she spent A LOT of time dealing with crazy people--lucky for her, growing up with her family meant that she had 18 years of experience doing just that.)
