Expand on what you learned in Introduction to Painting or sharpen your existing skills. Students will do a deeper dive into painting techniques and materials, while focusing on elements of composition, using either acrylic or oil paint. You’ll work from life and photo references, with a focus on art history to create your own unique pieces. Prior painting experience required. Students must provide all their own tools and materials.
