Whether you are new to painting or need a refresher, this class has you covered. You will learn to mix color, handle brushes and explore paint application through both traditional and contemporary approaches, using your choice of acrylic or oil paints. Students will study painting techniques, color theory, composition and perspective while working from life and photo references. You will be encouraged to experiment and develop your own unique style in your chosen medium. Build a strong foundation in a supportive, creative environment. No prior experience needed. Students must provide all their own tools and materials.
