Midland County Historical Society presents Brunch History: a series of presentations where the public is invited to come in, order a flight of mimosas and a plate from a curated collection of brunch favorites, before enjoying an engaging historical talk.
Travel back in time with Kyle Bagnall, naturalist for Mackinac State Historic Parks, as he reveals some Mackinac Island attractions which have been lost to time and nearly forgotten. Through rich descriptions, historic illustrations, maps, and photographs, you’ll visit once popular features of a bygone era. This program shines new light on a familiar destination, offering new adventures for your next trip to the Straits of Mackinac!

Historic Downtown Midland Pub Crawl

Come be a part of the first ever Midland downtown history pub-crawl! Discover how a Victorian era-Opera House once stood where Pizza Sam's currently serves up slices. Learn about your favorite downtown spots through theatrical performances in three popular local restaurants: Pizza Sam's, WhichCraft Taproom, and 3 Bridges Distillery and Taproom.
Each tickets includes 1 drink ticket for each of the 3 locations features in the tour, and a one-topping slice of pizza at Pizza Sam's.
This is a walking tour between the three establishments and is held rain or shine.
